- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and bacon, mixing until well coated.
- Serve garnished with fresh basil.

- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
