- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 1 pound steak, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and steak back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak beforehand.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
