Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and steak back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
