Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add turkey bacon and chicken ham, cook until crispy.
- Stir in diced potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in heavy cream.
- Season with salt and black pepper, and simmer for additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use smoked turkey bacon.
- Feel free to add vegetables such as carrots or celery for extra nutrition.
