  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil water and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add turkey bacon; cook until crispy.
  3. Add chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt to taste and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream if desired.
  • Substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon for a different flavor.
