- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil water and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add turkey bacon; cook until crispy.
- Add chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese; stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt to taste and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream if desired.
- Substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon for a different flavor.
