- 4 ounces turkey bacon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a baking sheet, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream, garlic powder, dried basil, and stir until well combined.
- Add cooked gnocchi and roasted tomatoes to the skillet and mix gently.
- Stir in crispy turkey bacon and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes.
