Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the head of garlic in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Squeeze roasted garlic into a pan with olive oil; stir in heavy cream and Parmesan.
- Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon; mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
