- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream and ranch seasoning. Pour over the chicken in the skillet.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

- Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
