- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, and then add heavy cream. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be customized with vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
