- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until shrimp is pink.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until combined.
- Add cooked turkey bacon and parsley, mixing well.
- Serve immediately over pasta or rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
