Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
- Add chicken ham and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, blend a portion of the soup and stir it back in.
- This soup pairs well with crusty bread or a side salad.
