Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
  5. Add chicken ham and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
