Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, then add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Stir until the sauce is smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
