- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup wild rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine chicken breasts, wild rice, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the soup.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- This soup can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
- For a thicker soup, reduce the amount of broth.
