- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup wild rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine chicken, wild rice, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, stir in the heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

- This soup can be garnished with fresh parsley before serving.
