- 1 pound chicken breast, diced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
