Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.

- For extra spice, consider adding red pepper flakes.
