- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Add garlic and mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are browned.
- Stir in the beef and cook until browned.
- Sprinkle with flour, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.

- For extra flavor, use a mix of mushrooms.
- Feel free to substitute beef with chicken for a lighter version.
