  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and thyme.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then add the crumbled turkey bacon back to the pot.
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth.
  • Add more vegetables like spinach or carrots for extra nutrition.
