- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
- Add the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and thyme.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the crumbled turkey bacon back to the pot.
- Simmer for 15 minutes before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth.
- Add more vegetables like spinach or carrots for extra nutrition.
