  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the beef roast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the roast in a baking dish and pour the cranberry balsamic mixture over the top.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 2 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
