- 1 pound steak
- 2 cups tortellini
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add steak to the skillet and cook to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing with garlic.
- Slice steak and serve over tortellini, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes while sautéing the garlic.
- Leftover steak can be used for other meals.
