- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the bread to make room for the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, parsley, melted butter, and lemon juice.
- Fill the prepared bread halves with the shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add more spices to the shrimp mixture for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
