- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until translucent.
- Stir in potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and crab meat, cooking until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
