  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic powder until combined.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it into a triangle.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the Crab Rangoon until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
