- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic powder until combined.
- Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it into a triangle.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the Crab Rangoon until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
