- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully slice pockets into the salmon fillets and stuff with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
