  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Pour in the seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the crab meat and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp are pink.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • This bisque can be made using frozen seafood if fresh is not available.
  • If you prefer a thicker bisque, blend a portion of it and return it to the pot.
