- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, carrots, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables start to soften.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Slowly stir in the beaten eggs, cooking until they are set.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using low-sodium soy sauce.
- You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon or omit it for a vegetarian option.
