- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded

- 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in green onions just before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a healthier option.
