- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 inch piece ginger, grated
- 1 cup wonton wrappers, cut into strips
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in shredded carrots and coleslaw mix, cooking for a few minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add wonton strips and return to a gentle simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
