Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in shredded carrots and coleslaw mix, cooking for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add wonton strips and return to a gentle simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
