- 1 cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, honey, and brown sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the honey mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving, optionally drizzling additional honey on top.
Notes
