- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup cookie dough bits
- 1 cup icing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture and stir well.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth, then let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, then spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top.
- Sprinkle cookie dough bits evenly across the surface.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with icing before serving.
