Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add potstickers and bok choy, cooking until potstickers are heated through.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and lime juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
