- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups beef broth

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and slice.
- Add the sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until caramelized.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet.
- In a baking dish, combine the beef broth, thyme, balsamic vinegar, and caramelized onions.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and top with cooked turkey bacon and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
