Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
