- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and then fold it into the ricotta mixture.
- Layer a spoonful of the mixture over a layer of graham crackers in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, ending with the cream mixture on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle chocolate sauce on top before serving.
- Make sure to use full-fat ricotta for best results.
