Ingredients

  • 1 can clams, drained

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot and sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and clam juice. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, clams, thyme, and chopped turkey bacon. Cook until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
