Instructions

- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and powdered sugar.
- Spread cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the top.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
