Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the softened cream cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter cookie, add a glaze made of powdered sugar and milk.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
