  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Transfer half of the batter to the prepared loaf pan, then sprinkle with half of the brown sugar.
  7. Add the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
