Instructions

- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.

- Fold in the walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
