- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add flour and baking powder; stir until just incorporated.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
