Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream over medium heat until warm.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the warm milk mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
- Pour the custard into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.
