Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until no longer pink. Add cabbage, carrots, green onion, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; cook until vegetables are tender.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
