Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan, add beef broth and sesame oil. Cook until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced bell peppers or carrots.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
