Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pan, add beef broth and sesame oil. Cook until heated through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
