Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
  2. Marinate the steak pieces in the chimichurri for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak pieces onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Serve with extra chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.
