- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
- Marinate the steak pieces in the chimichurri for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak pieces onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve with extra chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Soaking skewers in water for 30 minutes can prevent them from burning on the grill.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers for added flavor.
