Ingredients

- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Wash the chili peppers and remove stems.
- Combine chili peppers, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt in a blender.
- Puree the mixture until smooth.
- Transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cool and pour into sterilized bottles.
Notes
- If you prefer a milder sauce, use fewer chili peppers.
- Add more sugar for sweetness as needed.
