Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- In a blender, combine heavy cream, spinach, parsley, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the creamy green sauce over the chicken in the pan and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
