- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, peas and carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add grated cheese on top before baking.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
