  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Once cooked, slice the chicken and set aside.
  5. Warm pita breads on the grill for a minute.
  6. Assemble bowls with sliced chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and tzatziki sauce.
