- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce on the crust.
- Add your favorite toppings over the sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This crust is best enjoyed fresh but can be saved for leftovers.
