Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare chicken breasts by pounding them flat to ensure even cooking.
- Layer each chicken breast with turkey bacon and Swiss cheese.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge the rolled chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
