- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
